Honolua Village Center, Kapalua, Hawaii

The Honolua Village Center was designed to complement the Honolua Store, a Maui landmark built by plantation carpenters in 1929. The residential-scale project fits comfortably into the existing fabric of old Kapalua and the buildings blend into the existing slope creating several inviting outdoor gathering places. The new buildings house the Vision Center for Kapalua Real Estate, the Sansei Restaurant and La Perle store.
