40 South School Street, LEED Certified, Honolulu, Hawaii
Originally built in 1963, the 40 South School Street building sat abandoned and unoccupied for years until new ownership in 2006 and a completed and Certified LEED Silver renovation in 2008.
The renovation transformed the building from a derelict structure into an environmentally-conscious and visually-appealing contemporary structure that eased community concerns and is now home for many thriving businesses including the office of Philip K. White & Associates.
